1. Returns Eligibility:
Items must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition as received.
All original tags must be attached to the product. Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.

2. How to Initiate a Return:
Contact our customer service team at blaqroosters@gmail.com to initiate the return process. Provide your order number, the name of the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.

3. Return Shipping:
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases of defective or incorrect items. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return is received.

4. Refund Processing:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Refunds will be processed within 7 business days of receiving the returned item. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.


5. Exchanges:
Unfortunately, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or color, please place a new order and return the original item.


6. Defective or Incorrect Items:
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or refund, including return shipping costs.


7. Final Sale Items:
Final sale items are non-refundable and cannot be returned.


8. International Returns:
International customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, customs fees, and taxes.
